HOW WE SHIP
Coolbrew Coffee concentrate is a fresh, perishable product. Your shipment will be marked
REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL; please refrigerate it as soon as
possible. CoolBrew may be frozen if desired.
We will normally ship on Monday or Tuesday, and sometimes on Wednesday
depending on your proximity to New Orleans. So if you have placed your order on
say Wednesday or Thursday, it will not likely ship until the following
Monday. If you place your order on Tuesday, it may ship on Wednesday if you live
within a two day delivery range. See the UPS Ground transit time map for details.
Shipments are packed with insulation to minimize exposure to heat.
IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please call our
customer service line at 1-800-293-3765 within five (5) days of the date of delivery.
We will, at our option, replace any damaged or defective product or issue a complete
refund excluding any shipping charges.
